Profile

Dave Batten, a partner in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina office, co-chairs the firm’s Health Care Defense Group. In addition to defending all fields of health care providers statewide, he defends cases from New Hampshire to Florida as national counsel for one of the nation’s largest owners of hospitals. He has a very active practice in South Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina and West Virginia State Bars, and the South Carolina Bar Association. He also handles a wide variety of business litigation.
