Donald R. Strickland is a partner of Twiggs, Beskind, Strickland & Rabenau, a personal injury and business tort firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. A trial lawyer, he represents victims and their families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including brain injuries, spinal injuries and other seriously debilitating injuries. He also handles complex business tort cases involving unfair or deceptive trade practices and fraud.

Due to his dedicated representation and experienced trial skills, Mr. Strickland has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements against corporate defendants such as Honda, Toyota, Snap-on Tools Corporation, South Carolina National Bank and Champion Products, Inc.
