Profile

Jack is a founding partner of Walker, Lambe, Rhudy & Costley, P.L.L.C., with nearly 40 years of experience in private practice in Durham, North Carolina. A Charles A. Dana Scholar at Davidson College (1966), he received his law degree from the UNC School of Law, was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar (1969), and was later admitted to the United States Tax Court. Jack was the first attorney in Durham designated as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. His practice includes estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax planning, business succession planning, and nonprofit organizations.
