Joe Tunstall restricts his practice to the trial and appeal of personal injury cases, Social Security disability claims, and workers' compensation claims. He has handled appeals at all levels of the North Carolina Court system, in the Court of Appeals, in the North Carolina Supreme Court, and in federal district court.
