Based in Greenville, North Carolina, Keith A. Williams has dedicated his practice to defending people who have been charged with, or who are under investigation for, serious state or federal criminal charges in eastern North Carolina. Keith is also the only lawyer in Greenville who is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in both federal and state criminal law. He represents clients from all walks of life charged with all types of criminal offenses, including white collar crimes such as fraud, embezzlement or tax evasion; federal firearms offenses; drug charges; and sex crimes such as sexual assault, rape, federal enticement or child pornography charges. Keith also represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions under the federal False Claims Act.
