Margaret S. Abrams concentrates her practice on civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury, tractor-trailer and commercial vehicle wreck cases, products liability, and professional negligence. She earned her B.A. from Wake Forest University and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. From 1980-1982, she clerked for the Honorable Willis P. Whichard, North Carolina Court of Appeals. From 1982-2001, she was an associate attorney at the firm of Twiggs, Abrams, Strickland & Rabenau, P.A., and, in 2001, she and her husband, Doug Abrams, founded Abrams & Abrams, P.A. She is currently President of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (formerly known as the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers).
