Michael J. Anderson concentrates his practice on civil litigation and workers’ compensation. After receiving his B.A. degree in History at Ohio Wesleyan University, he earned a J.D. degree at Ohio Northern University. Mr. Anderson represents plaintiffs in sporting injury cases, significant motor vehicle accident cases, and a variety of workers’ compensation cases. In addition to trial work, he has made appellate appearances before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Mr. Anderson has spoken at CLE programs sponsored by the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, and Wake Forest University.
