Profile

Trish Holland is Chair of the firm's Employment Practices Group. She is an experienced litigator, concentrating on the representation of management in workplace law in North Carolina federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies. Trish was recognized in 2005 as the best Employment Law attorney by North Carolina Legal Elite in a poll conducted of all licensed attorneys residing in the state. She is regularly listed in The Best Lawyers in America (including the 2008 edition), and is on the North Carolina Super Lawyers list. Trish is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a certified DRC mediator. Trish is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
