Rebecca J. Britton is the founder and principal attorney of Britton Law, P.A., a personal injury law firm in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Since 1992, Ms. Britton has focused on representing plaintiffs of personal injury and their families. She handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, hospital and nursing home negligence and wrongful death.
Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Britton was selected for inclusion on the list of North Carolina Super Lawyers Top 50 Women Attorneys from 2007 to 2009. She was also the recipient of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers (NCATL) Kelly Crabtree Award in 2002, as well as awarded one of the Outstanding Women of the 20th Century in 2000. She is an active member of the NCATL, the North Carolina and American bar associations and the American Association for Justice.
Ms. Britton received her law degree from Campbell University School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Barristers. She is licensed to practice before the state bar of North Carolina, both the Eastern and Middle Districts of the U.S. District Courts of North Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
