Will Terpening is a founding partner of Anderson Terpening PLLC, a North Carolina law firm handling complex civil and criminal litigation for clients statewide and throughout the nation. Will divides the majority of his practice between criminal defense and civil litigation in the federal courts. Will’s federal criminal defense is varied but does focus on the defense of individuals accused of business fraud and other white collar crimes, and on federal criminal appeals. On the business side, he handles disputes involving securities law, employment law, breach of contract claims, and professional licensing and regulatory enforcement. Mr. Terpening is actively involved in a number of legal groups and community organizations. In 2009, Will was recognized as one of Business Leader magazine's "Top North Carolina Lawyers."
