Richard A. Clapp is a nationally certified civil trial specialist. He has tried over 150 jury trials with a remarkable success ratio. Representative cases include construction, fire, insurance, products liability, catastrophic injury employment litigation and environmental and toxic substance litigation. Mr. Clapp, who received his Juris Doctor with distinction, is admitted to all state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota.
