MEET OUR STELLAR LAWYERS James A. Lowe is a nationally recognized trial lawyer in products liability, automobile product safety and other complex cases. An author and lecturer, Lowe has been named in The Best Lawyers in America since 1993. He is board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Association for Justice. He is a Master Bencher of the William K. Thomas Inn of Court and has been honored as a Fellow of both the International Society of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been named to the Top 100 lawyers and Top 50 Cleveland lawyers in Super Lawyers®.

Partner Dennis P. Mulvihill primarily practices products liability and medical negligence. A frequent lecturer on civil litigation, he is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, and is an officer and a member of the Board of the Ohio Association for Justice.

Mark L. Wakefield specializes in products liability, industrial machine product safety and employer intentional torts. Mr. Wakefield is a Master Bencher of the William K. Thomas Inn of Court.

Gregory S. Scott is a member of the Board of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association, whose practice focuses on medical and nursing home negligence, products liability and general negligence.
