Adam E. Carr combines board-certified civil trial counsel and award-winning appellate counsel with recognized insurance coverage expertise. Since 2010, he has been ranked among the top 25 insurance coverage lawyers in Ohio by Super Lawyers.
He defends first-party, third-party, bad faith, and extracontractual claims. He lectures on insurance and trial matters and he provides consulting opinions on claims to lawyers, insurance companies, and others.
He is board-certified as a civil trial lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). He wrote three chapters of the first edition of the only commercially available treatise on Ohio tort law on intentional torts, tort reform, and related insurance issues. He has received an American Jurisprudence Award in appellate practice from Lawyers Cooperative Publishing. He graduated from Rice University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
