Attorney Rob Nestico is a principal and founding partner of Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC, a plaintiff's personal injury and class action law firm with offices throughout Ohio. The personal injury side of Mr. Nestico's practice includes personal injury and wrongful death claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, construction accidents and property owner negligence. In Mr. Nestico's most notable class action, he served as lead counsel representing more than 200,000 claimants in a lawsuit against an insurance company, which eventually settled for $27.5 million.
