Attorney Amanda M. Buzo focuses her practice on the issues surrounding individuals with disabilities. She practices in the areas of estate planning, special needs trusts, guardianships, decedents’ estates, and other probate matters. Amanda works with individuals or their attorneys to provide advice regarding the impact of settlements on government benefits, such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income, and to probate minor, adult incompetent, or wrongful death settlements.
