Attorney Amy Papesh, of Elk & Elk Co., Ltd., heads the law firm’s probate division. Attorney Papesh has significant experience in probate, which she gained at a law firm in Chagrin Falls that focused on probate administration and estate planning. Amy’s knowledge and experience in all probate matters allows Elk & Elk Co., Ltd., to provide the services that are needed by the firm’s existing personal injury or wrongful death clients.

In 2010, the Ohio Super Lawyers magazine named attorney Amy Papesh as a Rising Star.

Attorney Papesh obtained her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from John Carroll University. Amy is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Portage County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law before the Ohio Supreme Court and the Florida Supreme Court.  

Attorney Amy Papesh is an active board member of an international adoption agency and devotes much of her free time working to provide homes for underprivileged children.
