A Board Certified Family Relations Law Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA), Barbara J. Howard practices domestic relations, paternity and related juvenile law. She is certified in Collaborative Law. A past president of the Cincinnati Bar Association, she is active in the OSBA, its Family Law Committee, and in various capacities in the American Bar Association (ABA), including in the House of Delegates, in the ABA Journal Board of Editors, and as Chair of the May 2007 Summit on United Family Courts. Howard serves on the OSBA Board of Governors and Dress for Success Cincinnati's Corporate Guild, and is a Trustee of Xavier University and of Cincinnati Union Bethel.
