Brian A. Murray is an associate at Zukerman, Daiker & Lear, Co., L.P.A., an AV Preeminent* peer review rated law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Brian's practice at the firm focuses on criminal law cases including but not limited to: murder, sex offenses, drug offenses, assault/domestic violence, theft, fraud, OVI/DUI and traffic offenses. Brian's practice areas also includes civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury lawsuits.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005, where he served as a research assistant to evidence professor Paul C. Giannelli. In his career as an attorney, Brian has quickly distinguished himself as a highly skilled and knowledgeable trial attorney. In January of 2012, the National Trial Lawyers Association named Brian as one of the top 40 trial lawyers under the age of 40 in the State of Ohio. Brian has also been named as an Ohio Rising Star in the annual Super Lawyers listings in 2011 and 2012. In addition, Brian has co-authored legal articles that have been published by the Cleveland Bar Association (Crawford and the Rebirth of the Confrontation Clause) and the Federal Bar Association (Crawford's Death by FN9), respectively. Lastly, Brian is also an active, contributing member of several professional legal associations.
