Profile

Charlie is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on complex business litigation. His practice ranges from antitrust and securities to intellectual property and competition-based litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. A founder of the firm, Charlie is its Managing Partner. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (and past ACTL State Chair for Ohio), a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Charlie is a 1971 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a 1973 cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a Past President of the Dayton Bar Association and of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
