Profile
Craig represents ordinary citizens who have been injured or killed in car, truck, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, as well as those who have been injured or killed by the negligence of health care providers and nursing homes. Craig also represents people who have been injured by dangerous conditions or activities on real property, such as claims against stores or other businesses. Although most on-the-job injuries are covered exclusively by workers’ compensation, Craig also represents employees who have been injured on-the-job by the negligence of persons other than co-employees or their employer, as well as claims by employees who were injured as the result of an "intentional tort" by their employer or co-employee. Craig also represents persons who have claims against lawyers who have improperly handled one of the above types of cases.
