Dan litigates complex cases involving legal malpractice, premise liability, product liability trucking litigation, insurance bad faith, Federal False Claims Act (Qui Tam) and consumer class actions. Dan is a frequent lecturer for state and local bar associations on trial practice and practice areas such as legal malpractice. He has served for several years on the board of the Ohio Association of Justice. Dan is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Claims, the United States Court of Appeals, Third and Sixth Circuits, and the United States District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio.
