David A. Kulwicki, a trial lawyer for 23 years, has tried over 80 jury trials and appeared in 22 of Ohio's 88 county courts. He graduated from The University of Texas -- Austin, with honors in economics and from The Ohio State University School of Law with his J.D. Mr. Kulwicki is a past Chairman of the Medical Negligence Section of the Ohio Academy of Justice (OAJ) and OAJ's Constitutional Review Committee, and a past member of the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Kulwicki practices primarily in the area of medical negligence and catastrophic cases resulting in brain injury. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an Advocate recognized by the National College of Advocacy, and a member of the AAJ, the OAJ and the CATA.
