Donald C. Moore, Jr., a third-generation attorney, has been representing injured people against large corporations and insurance companies since 1980. His pre-law work as an insurance adjuster and subsequent representation of insurance companies provide an enhanced perspective. Licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, he focuses his practice on plaintiffs' catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases resulting from trucking, auto, medical, or products liability. His active memberships include the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and many other legal and bar associations. Don is Past President of the Clermont County Bar Association, serves as a trustee for the Cincinnati Bar Association, and is an officer for the Ohio Association for Justice. He has lectured nationally and internationally.
