Howard Mishkind is a Partner in the law firm of Becker & Mishkind Co., L.P.A.  He represents plaintiffs  that have sustained serious injuries or death due to medical negligence caused by doctors, hospitals and nursing homes. He also handles catastrophic injury claims  arising out of motor vehicle collisions. He has  considerable experience in representing clients in legal malpractice actions and has served  as an expert in legal malpractice trials. He also handles injury and death claims associated with  vaccinations in the Court of Federal Claims. He has been a participant in numerous seminars locally and throughout the State of Ohio on matters relating to personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation and legal ethics. Howard  has 30 years experience as a trial attorney.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys (CATA), the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA), and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA)  He is a former adjunct professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he taught medical malpractice. Mr. Mishkind is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Mr. Mishkind has Chaired and Co-Chaired Certified Grievance Committees with the former Cuyahoga County Bar Association and currently sits on the Certified Grievance Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
