Attorney James B. Blumenstiel obtained his juris doctorate degree from Ohio State College of Law in 1967. After two tours in Vietnam as a naval officer, he began his practice in Columbus, Ohio, with a firm that, over the years, evolved into Blumenstiel, Huhn, Adams & Evans, LLC. Attorney Blumenstiel's practice has been in plaintiffs' personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, Federal Employers Liability Act, and other related fields, and in trying cases in federal and state courts throughout the eastern half of the United States. In addition to local, state, and national bar associations, Attorney Blumenstiel has been elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers.
