Profile

Jane is a trial attorney who practices extensively in the areas of municipal liability, civil rights, construction, employment, labor, and injury litigation. A 1982 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton Law School, Jane is a member of the Ohio Bar, and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and before the Supreme Court of the United States. Jane has been active in numerous professional and community organizations, and is currently serving as Past President of the Wegerzyn Gardens Foundation and Vice President of the Humane Society of Dayton Board. She is an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, is a Master in the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, a member of the Southern District Federal Court Local Rule Committee, and a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America.
