Janet G. Abaray focuses her practice on civil litigation, primarily representing individuals in products liability, consumer and business litigation. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical mass torts, and currently serves as Co-Lead Counsel in the Ortho Evra products liability multidistrict litigation. She also represents plaintiffs in class action cases, and acted as Lead Counsel for Cincinnati Bengals' season ticket holders in a class action regarding seat licenses for Paul Brown Stadium. She is currently Treasurer of the Ohio Association for Justice, and graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif from the University of Cincinnati.
