Jeffrey C. Toole protects and enforces the rights and remedies of business debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, and creditors' committees in reorganization and liquidation cases, out-of-court restructurings, and workouts in the manufacturing, steel, retail, hotel, real estate development, equipment leasing, transportation, and related industries. His practice focuses on business bankruptcies and workouts, with an emphasis on Chapter 11 reorganizations. Mr. Toole also represents corporate borrowers and lenders in commercial financing and leasing transactions. He is a graduate of Cornell Law School.
