Jeff handles a wide variety of business litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. Jeff's practice ranges from class action disputes to privacy, technology and intellectual property litigation. Formerly a lobbyist in Washington, D.C., Jeff is a member of the Ohio Bar, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits and before the Supreme Court of the United States. A 1982 graduate of Miami University and a 1991 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, Jeff is a former member of the Oakwood City Council, is former President of the Carl Kessler Inn of Court, and is the partner in charge of FI&C University.
