John A. Lancione has been representing victims of medical malpractice throughout Ohio for more than 22 years. While handling all types of medical malpractice cases, his primary focus is on obstetrical malpractice resulting in injuries to newborns. In recent years, John's efforts on behalf of medical and obstetrical malpractice victims have resulted in several record-setting verdicts and settlements.
Mr. Lancione is a frequently invited lecturer on trial tactics and obstetric malpractice topics. John has also testified before Ohio House and Senate committees on behalf of victims of medical malpractice and has lobbied in the U.S. Congress for the same purpose. John is a past president of the Ohio Association for Justice and a past co-chair of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice, a national group of attorneys who represent infants and children who have been injured due to birth-related medical negligence.
