John D. Zoller is a shareholder at the law firm of Zoller|Biacsi Co. LPA, located in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Zoller concentrates his practice on family law with an emphasis on divorce, prenuptial agreements, spousal and child support issues, child custody and parental rights concerns, paternity/legitimacy issues and post-divorce modifications. During his 25-year career, Mr. Zoller has also served as a court-appointed domestic relations guardian ad litem for more than 300 children and as a certified family mediator in a countless number of disputes.

Mr. Zoller is certified as a family law specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association, a distinguishing family law credential held by less than 3 percent of Ohio's more than 42,000 attorneys.

He has also been selected for inclusion in the Ohio Super Lawyers listings for the years 2004 through 2011 and is the recipient of awards of merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for 2003 and 2005.

Mr. Zoller was also co-counsel for amicus curiae in the first appeal of a judicial bypass involving Ohio's abortion notification law, and counsel in the "Baby MaryBeth" case, which was a nationally televised (Court TV) trial over permanent custody for adoption placement.
