John F. McCaffrey's practice focuses on white collar crime, professional malpractice defense, and complex civil litigation. McCaffrey has a well-deserved repuration for winning cases, including significant business cases.  McCaffrey established a distinguished career in federal and state prosecutions.  He is a former Special Agent of the FBI. McCaffrey gained extensive trial experience as Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Assistant Independent Special Counsel for two Ohio Attorney Generals, and Special Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor. McCaffrey has represented individuals and entities in many of the regions high profile white collar criminal prosecutions.  He is highly regarded and his accomplishments are well known amongst his peers.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
