Profile

Joseph A. Condeni is a managing partner of Smith and Condeni LLP of Cleveland, Ohio. As a dedicated trial lawyer and manager of the firm's litigation practice, he represents plaintiffs with personal injury claims, business lawsuits and in employment law.

Mr. Condeni received his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was the managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. He also completed studies at the Institute on International and Comparative Law in Paris, France, taken through the University of San Diego School of Law.

As an AV-rated* attorney and dedicated advocate for his clients, Mr. Condeni was recognized and included in the Millennium Edition of Who's Who in American Law. He is an active member of several legal institutions, including the American and Ohio Associations for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Cleveland and Ohio Employment Lawyers Associations and the Ohio State Bar Association. He also provides legal counsel pro-bono to W.A.G.S.4Kids, a non-profit service dedicated to training and providing service animals for children with disabilities.
