Verdicts and Settlements: Daniel Kemp v Gehring --settlement for $325,000 for injuries in motor vehicle accident;Robert Zengler v Randall Logan--settlement for $500,000 for death of 83 year old wife in motor vehicle accident where trucker was not able to stop for red light;Shannon Krnach v Nick Allman--settlement for $100,000 (maximum insurance coverage) for broken femur and other injuries to passenger where driver had lost control;Julie Romano v Camp Wakonda--$60,000 settlement for knee injury where there was an underwater pipe sticking up near swimming dock that Julie struck when she jumped in;James Farnell v Transport America--settlement for $35,000 for coccyx injury and linear fracture to vertebra in motor vehicle accident;Stephen Guerrieri v Zackary Fedorka--settlement for $130,000 for Stephen when he injured his back with a fracture when the driver lost control of his vehicle;Prevailed in trademark dispute between Downtown Ford and Waikem Motors.
