Mary J. Biacsi is a partner at the law firm of Zoller|Biacsi Co., L.P.A., located in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Biacsi focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters and represents clients throughout the northeast portion of the state. Her specific areas of focus include divorce cases, international divorce and child custody cases, prenuptial agreements, child custody and visitation issues, child and spousal support concerns, guardian ad litem cases, complex property division and collaborative divorces.
Ms. Biacsi is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and has been certified as a family relations law specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association since 2006. This certification is a distinguishing credential held by less than 3 percent of the more than 42,000 attorneys in Ohio. She is also the recipient of a 2007 Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. In 2010 she was named as one of the recipients of the Top Ten Women Business Owner of Northeast Ohio (NAWBO).
