Ms. Biacsi is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and has been certified as a family relations law specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association since 2006. This certification is a distinguishing credential held by less than 3 percent of the more than 42,000 attorneys in Ohio. She is also the recipient of a 2007 Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
