Profile
I am one of the few attorneys in Ohio who is designated as a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association, and the only certified specialist with a law office in the Butler/Warren County area.
Collaborative Law is for individuals who are interested in protecting their assets and children from the potential devastation of divorce litigation. Collaborative divorce and mediated divorce are intelligent and constructive alternatives to traditional divorce which allow you to control the outcome of this very important family transition.
Collaborative Divorce can be especially beneficial if you hold significant assets. I can help you establish a property division arrangement that protects your wealth and prepares you for the most advantageous spousal support and child support arrangement possible. My law firm will help you seek fair property division and spousal support arrangements that reflect your contributions to the marriage and that prepare you for a stable financial future.
I served as the 2010 Supreme Court of Ohio's subcommittee on Collaborative Family Law, as the chair of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals (CACP) from 2006 to 2008 and recently presented a seminar on advanced collaborative law to the Ohio State Bar Association. I have been named as an AV-rated* lawyer every year since 2006.
The law firm of Maurice O. White, Attorney at Law represents clients throughout Southwestern Ohio, including Hamilton, Warren, Butler and Clermont counties.
