Profile

For over 35 years, Mike has practiced in the areas of environmental counseling and litigation, environmental crimes, strategic planning and analysis of environmental compliance and energy issues, strategic planning in acquisitions and divestitures and evaluation of environmental due diligence, litigation of toxic torts, and other governmental regulatory issues. He has defended numerous federal and state civil and criminal environmental enforcement actions and has counseled companies in the licensing and operation of solid waste and construction and demolition debris facilities. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Mike was recently recognized for his environmental law practice in the 2009 edition of The Best Lawyers in America — the 21st time that he has been listed in this publication.
