Nathan J. Wills founded The Wills Law Firm, LLC on the belief that good communication is the bedrock of effective representation. He is a tireless advocate on behalf of individuals and small businesses and prides himself on using listening and communication skills to develop creative solutions to his clients' unique needs. Nathan has tried cases in state and federal court and argued before various state courts of appeal. A graduate of Denison University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Mr. Wills was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Health and a member of the Moot Court Team, and has published numerous articles in scholarly journals.

- A woman was stranded outside her vehicle at night and was struck by a driver, sustaining massive contusions, a compound fracture of her humerous, and fractures to her ulna and pelvis. Her case was compromised due to alleged destruction of evidence by family members.

- 75 year old male, diagnosed with diabetes, neuropathy and renal disease developed decubitus ulcers on his heels.

- 85 year old male dementia patient was assaulted by a nurses’ aide and died 3 days later. Nurses’ aide previously had pushed other residents, and had warned other staff members of her intent to harm this resident.
