Patrick Keating is the President & CEO of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP. He focuses his practice on the areas of Commercial Litigation in state and federal courts, Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights, and Uniform Commercial Code matters. He represents debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He also represents financial institutions and other parties in complex litigation. Keating formerly served as Managing Partner of the firm's office in Akron, Vice-President of the firm's Board of Managers (1997-March 2003, 2004-2006), and Past Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group.
