A former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio and Chief of the Civil Division, Patrick McLaughlin engages in the representation of defendants and plaintiffs in complex civil trial and appellate litigation and in white collar criminal defense. McLaughlin has successfully litigated high profile civil and criminal cases in the trial and appellate courts for three decades. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he has held an AV rating for over 25 years. Named an Ohio "Super Lawyer" each year since 2004, McLaughlin is President (and Master Bencher) of the Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court and serves as the Circuit 6 Trustee of the American Inns of Court. Patrick, a Vietnam veteran, was inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame (2003), and the Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor (2004).
