Profile

Paul B. Daiker is a partner at Zukerman, Daiker & Lear Co., L.P.A., an AV Preeminent* peer review rated law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Paul handles many of the firm's civil rights cases, divorce cases and juvenile cases, while also providing DUI defense and handling other criminal charges. Although Paul is an experienced negotiator who often breaks through difficult and complex issues to resolve his clients' cases outside of court, he is also a former prosecutor with thousands of hours of courtroom experience and fully capable of protecting his clients' rights and interests at trial.

Paul received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993, where he made the dean's List and was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review. Paul is currently active in several legal organizations, including the William K. Thomas Inn of Court and the Ohio, Cleveland and Akron Bar Associations. He has also been a presenter at seminars for fellow attorneys on topics ranging from DUI/OVI and traffic law to professional ethics and trial practice.
