Peter Hardin-Levine has managed employment and other complex litigation for more than 25 years. Prior to co-founding Thorman & Hardin-Levine, Mr. Hardin-Levine served as general counsel for TRW Inc.'s Occupant Safety Systems Division, where he was responsible for the worldwide legal affairs of this international business with 23,000 employees and operations in 22 countries. Mr. Hardin-Levine also was a partner at Baker & Hostetler, taught employment discrimination and other courses at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and was a litigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Hardin-Levine is a graduate of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and frequently serves as a mediator in employment cases.
