Phillip Ciano heads the corporate and complex litigation group at Ciano & Goldwasser, LLP. He represents a variety of corporations and physician practice groups in commercial and employment-related transactions in state and federal courts across the United States. His practice ranges from business and health care disputes, enforcement and defense of non-compete agreements, partner/shareholder disputes and a variety of transactional matters. Mr. Ciano also serves as counsel in a number of high-profile Multidistrict Litigation and Mass Tort matters. Prior to attending The John Marshall Law School in Chicago (where he graduated cum laude), Mr. Ciano attended Tufts' Fletcher School of International Law and Diplomacy.
