Phyllis G. Bossin is the principal and founder of Phyllis G. Bossin Co., L.P.A., located in Cincinnati. Practicing law for 28 years, Ms. Bossin is admitted to practice in Ohio and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Highly respected as both a negotiator and skilled courtroom advocate, she is a certified family law specialist, certified by the Ohio State Bar Association.

Ms. Bossin has been listed in Wood White's The Best Lawyers of America Family Law for more than 12 years. She was recently selected for inclusion in the listings for Ohio's Top 50 Female Super Lawyers, Cincinnati's Top 50 Female Super Lawyers, Cincinnati's Top 50 Super Lawyers and Ohio's Top 100 Super Lawyers. Further, she has been listed by the Cincinnati Business Courier in Who's Who in Cincinnati Year and as a Cincinnati Leading Lawyer by Cincy Business.

Phyllis G. Bossin is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served as the president of the Ohio Chapter. Further, she is a diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers. She served as the chair of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law during 2003-2004, after holding numerous other offices in that organization. Also, Ms. Bossin served on the American Bar Association Justice Kennedy Commission and on the faculty of the American Bar Association Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute, an intensive trial skills program for attorneys. She is a member of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a lifetime fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Additionally, she is a lifetime member of the Cincinnati Collaborative Family Law Group.

Ms. Bossin's opinions are frequently sought out by both the local and national media on a variety of family law topics. Further, she has lectured on family law issues across the country.

Ms. Bossin graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1972, received a master's degree in Public Policy from that same institution in 1973, and received her law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1977.
