Profile

Attorney Craig McLaughlin of Elk & Elk Co., Ltd. represents those who have been seriously injured or killed because of medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, motor vehicle crashes, and defective products.

Craig was named by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in 2009, 2010, and 2011.  He received his law degree from Northern Kentucky University - Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, American Association for Justice, and Ohio Association for Justice.

He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.  He has been lead counsel in over 25 jury trials and has obtained million dollar and multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients.
