Profile

Eric Kennedy started his career at Weisman, Kennedy & Berris Co., L.P.A., in 1980 and has been managing partner since 1996. Eric maintains an active practice in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, automobile liability, security fraud, and class actions, and has been a frequent lecturer throughout the state in these areas. He was an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1982 through 1985. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 1989 and, in 2000, was listed by The National Law Journal as one of the ten best trial lawyers in Ohio. He is an invited member of the Anthony J. Celebrezze Inn of Court, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers.
