Robert A. Goering is a partner at Goering & Goering, LLC, a Cincinnati law firm focusing on consumer bankruptcy, business bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights issues for clients in Ohio and northern Kentucky. Robert has dedicated the majority of his career as an attorney to these areas of the law, helping clients to obtain meaningful debt relief through Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 proceedings, to protect their homes from foreclosure, protect their assets and put a stop to creditor harassment.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has since been certified as a both a consumer bankruptcy specialist and business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification, which is the nation's premier legal specialty certification organization. Robert is an active member of legal organizations such as the Ohio State Bar Association and currently holds elected political office as treasurer for Hamilton County, Ohio.
