Focusing on medical malpractice, birth injury, wrongful death, commercial truck accident claims and construction accident claims, attorney Steve Crandall has practiced in nearly all 88 counties in Ohio, throughout Kentucky as well as in appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Ohio. As a former defense attorney for medical malpractice, insurance defense, and product liability claims, Mr. Crandall has used his experience to win some of the largest verdicts and settlements in Ohio. 

Mr. Crandall was primary counsel on many of Ohio's largest verdicts and settlements including a $10M verdict in Lucas County, an $8.5M settlement in Hamilton County, a 2014 $7.7M verdict in Cuyahoga County and numerous other multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements as well.   Steve has achieved what is believed to be the largest verdicts and settlements in various jurisdictions including a $2.5M verdict in Miami County, a $2M verdict and $2.25M settlement in Allen County and a $1M verdict that remains the largest in Lake County.   

Mr. Crandall is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates as a trial lawyer and has been recognized by numerous organizations, including the American Association for Justice and Cleveland Magazine. He is a partner of Crandall, Moses, Pera & Wilt.
