She also counsels school boards across Ohio, advising them on personnel issues, labor relations, and board policy formation, implementation, and administration. Susan graduated magna cum laude from the Capital University School of Law. She is a member of the Ohio School Boards Association and serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Lorain County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc.
