Tom is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is certified (Ohio) as a specialist in estate planning, probate and trust matters. Tom received his J.D. from the University of Chicago and his LL.M. in estate planning from the University of Miami. Tom also serves as a member of the Board of Governors for the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association.
